1.Product Introduction
Automatic junction box production line adopts high-quality steel plate and integral bending steel welded by carbon dioxide protection welding. All of them are tempered (or aged by vibration), with good rigidity and high precision.
Vertical crankshaft, compact structure, crankshaft after forging high-frequency quenching grinding, smooth finish, flexible rotation; rectangular six-side extension of the guide, high precision guide, the upper table and the slider with a screw connection.
Pneumatic double balance bar, balance slider and upper die weight, reduce impact and noise, eliminate the gap between connecting rod and slider, reduce the impact and wear of the stressed parts; sleeve press machine adopts imported PLC and touch screen centralized control, gas line selection and import double Valve control enables inching, single and continuous stamping.
