Product Description
Brass valves used widely used in our daily life, such as the tap, floor heating, bathroom faucet, etc. Our company provide the making machine of the brass valves. The process of the production line of brass valves includes seven steps and all is as follows:
Copper rod cutting machine: cutting and unloading of copper bars, using a bar cutting machine to cut copper bars to a fixed length;
Copper rod feeder: the rod is placed in the lifting feeder, rolled and stirred in the feeder, wrapped with graphite powder, and lifted to the electric furnace automatically;
Brass bar heating machine: with the temperature of about 540-580 degrees, the rod is heating in this machine to shape easily;
Brass rod stamping machine(with customized mould): out of the heating machine, the rod is sent to the punch mold for hot-forging, and the shape is punched out;
brass valve trimming machine: according to the shape of the valve body, it is generally necessary to cut the edge, and the valve cap does not need cut generally; it depends on the specific situation;
shot blasting machine: finished the above five steps, the valves is put into the shot blasting machine to polish the surface and eliminate the oxide;
multi-station finishing lathe: after the rough embryo is made, it is processed using a CNC lathe, mainly to cut precise dimensions, thread, anti sealing gasket position, and position the regulating valve ball, etc. According to the demand of our customer, we provide laser marking, marking production numbers, etc.

A complete copper valve production line usually includes key equipment such as copper rod cutting machine, copper rod feeder, copper column heating machine, copper column stamping, copper valve trimming machine, shot blasting machine, and multi-station finishing lathe. Each link works together to ensure product quality and production efficient.
According to customer's demand, we could customize suitable complete valve making machine production line, especially the hot punching machine and the mould, which are the most important procedure in the line.
