Four-column hydraulic press, also known as oil press, is a machine that uses liquid pressure transmission based on Pascal's law. It consists of two major parts: the main machine and the control mechanism. The main machine includes hydraulic cylinders, beams, columns and liquid filling devices, while the power mechanism consists of oil tanks, high-pressure pumps, control systems, motors, pressure valves, directional valves, etc. The four-column hydraulic press adopts a four-column three-plate structure. The vertical accuracy of the movable plate is controlled by four precision guide sleeves. The parallel accuracy of any point between the lower working surface and the upper working surface reaches less than 0.08MM.
