1. Plate Feeder

A plate feeder is an automated feeding equipment specially designed for sheet metal stamping. Its core feature is: using clamps to grip the sheet and move it forward/back/left/right, precisely positioning the sheet into the punching machine die.

Working Principle:

·Operator places sheet on the feeder's waiting area (or automatic loading via destacker)

·Feeder's clamp automatically grips the sheet edge

·Servo drive system controls the clamp, moving the sheet in X-axis (forward/back) and Y-axis (left/right) directions

·According to preset program, each stamping position is precisely fed under the die

·After stamping, the clamp continues moving for the next station feeding
