1. Origin: First Meeting at the 139th Canton Fair
From April 15 to 19, 2026, the first phase of the 139th Canton Fair opened in Guangzhou. It was at Besco‘s booth in the “Processing Machinery Equipment” zone that we first met the customer. After detailed product inquiries and technical discussions, the customer showed strong interest in cooperation and proactively requested a factory visit after the fair.
2. Factory Inspection: Building Trust Through On‑Site Verification
Factory inspection is a critical step for B2B buyers to build trust. On‑site factory visits allow buyers to see the supplier’s production operations firsthand and directly evaluate their actual capabilities. This Bangladeshi customer came to the Besco factory with exactly that need.
3. On‑Site Inspection of the Hinge Production Line
The first stop of the factory visit was Besco’s automated hinge stamping production line (hinge making machine / hinge production line). In hinge manufacturing, a fully automated line enables continuous stamping from coil to finished product. The complete line includes the following equipment:
NC Servo Feeder: ensures precise material positioning with high accuracy.
The BLA series high‑precision press used in Besco’s hinge line features a welded steel frame that has been stress‑relieved, offering high rigidity and stability. With precision machining and minimal clearance, it guarantees high accuracy and low‑noise stable operation. All machines are CE certified.
The customer carefully observed every step of raw material loading, equipment operation, and die change along the line, and highly appreciated the automation level and die precision.
4. On‑Site Inspection of the Shovel Production Line
5. Customer Feedback and Order
After completing the on‑site inspection of both the hinge and shovel production lines, the Bangladeshi customer had in‑depth technical discussions with the Besco engineering team regarding die life, equipment maintenance cycles, and the suitability of different coil materials. The customer gave positive feedback on the automation level of Besco‘s production lines, machining accuracy, CE and other certifications, shop floor management, and the professionalism of the operators. They believed these capabilities fully met their long‑term sourcing supplier evaluation criteria.
6. Why Factory Inspection Matters So Much for B2B Buyers
In the B2B industrial sector, factory inspection allows buyers to evaluate a supplier’s quality management system, production equipment condition, and manufacturing capacity. This enables them to make informed purchasing decisions, build trust, and mitigate risks.
