Product Advantage


This is a compact feeding line, with decoiler, straightener and feeder machine in one combination unit.

1. HIGHLY AUTOMATED 

High techonology, high precision, high efficiency,this feeder has the best performance among the correction feeders in the punch peripheral equipment series.

Uncoiling, straightening,feeding in one, it greatly compresses the space that each component should originally occupy. No additional labor costs.

3. SIPMLIFIED 

The process is concentrated on the same machine to reduce errors in feeding and straightening to achieve high precision requirements.

4. UNCOILER 

Hydraulic expansion, the decoiler works stably. With press arm, material support arm and the position limit arm, the coil is well fixed, avoiding operation and safety hazards. Hydraulic cart helps coil position limiting, too.

5. STRIGHTENER 

It used to uncoiling metal strip from coil stock, straightening it to required flatness and feed it to press machine for stamping process.

6. FEEDER 

One of the highlights of the electric feeder is that the position adjustment can be numerically controlled. Automatic lubrication, hydraulic expansion, high degree of automation requires less labor costs.
