This automatic aluminum cap production line is designed for high-volume manufacturing of aluminum ROPP caps, screw caps, and cosmetic closures. It integrates complete processes including automatic coil feeding, stamping die, deep throat press forming, scrap collection, cap sorting, conveying and lifting, knurling/thread rolling, and lining insertion. From aluminum coil to finished lined caps, only 1-2 operators are needed, achieving a daily output of 200,000 to 300,000 caps. The core equipment is manufactured in our 15,000㎡ self-owned factory with ISO 9001 and CE certifications, and can be deeply customized according to your cap type, capacity requirements, and plant layout. Automatic-Feeding-System

Automatic Feeding System:

Precisely feeding aluminum coil into the stamping station with a feeding accuracy of ±0.15mm

Deep Throat Press:

Special deep throat punching press with , suitable for wide aluminum sheet feeding and multi-cavity die installation. Press force ranges from 80 to 300 tons.

Cap Sorting Machine

Screen rings machine:

This machine is used to screen the cover and the edge material (ring) of the cover

Vibratory bowl or centrifugal cap orienting machine, automatically removing deformed or defective caps to ensure uniformity for the next process.

Conveyor-and-Cap-Elevator

Conveyor and Cap Elevator:

Modular plastic belt or food-grade stainless steel conveyor, combined with a cap elevator to automatically lift caps to the knurling machine infeed, reducing manual handling.

Knurling-Thread-Rolling-Machine

Knurling/Thread Rolling Machine:

Driven knurling and thread rolling machine, embossing anti-slip patterns or threads on the cap sidewall, and imprinting brand logos on the top. Knurling depth and pitch are adjustable.
